Online reservations
The provision of tourist accommodation services
The rights and obligations of the parties
Before completing a reservation, the customer will have access to the following information:
Identity and contact details of the hotel
Essential characteristics of the service
Total price including taxes (VAT)
Applicable tourist taxes
Payment conditions
Cancellation policy
Check-in and check-out dates
4.1 Booking Process
A reservation is considered completed when:
The customer fills in the required details
Accepts these Terms
Makes the payment or provides a valid guarantee
The customer will receive confirmation by email.
4.2 Minimum Age
Only individuals aged 18 or over may make reservations.
All prices are displayed in euros (€)
VAT is included at the legal rate in force
Municipal tourist taxes may apply, where applicable
The hotel reserves the right to change prices prior to reservation confirmation.
The applicable cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking:
6.1 Non-Refundable Rate
Free cancellation is not available.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No refund will be granted.
6.2 Standard Rate
Free cancellation up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made after this period will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.
6.3 No-Show
In the event of no-show on the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be issued, regardless of the selected rate.
Under Article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with a specific date.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM
The hotel may request a valid identification document.
The customer undertakes to:
Use the facilities appropriately
Respect safety and coexistence rules
Not cause damage to the property or equipment
Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible party.
The hotel shall not be liable for:
Loss of personal belongings not deposited in a safe
Service interruptions due to force majeure
Temporary technical failures of the website
All website content (texts, images, brand, design, logos) is the property of The Farm – Azores Boutique House or authorized users.
Reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
